苏联一工艺学院在导向瓣丝锥(发明证书288519)的基础上,研制成切削瓣和光整瓣(可变形)组式布置的丝锥。用这种丝锥可稳定地获得5级精度以上的正常长度(苏联国家标准规定的N组)和加长长度(L组)螺纹孔,还可消除铁屑堵塞现象。根据被加工螺纹的尺寸,丝锥可制成整体式或装配式。用于加工M24至M26螺纹的8组瓣丝锥,见图1.每一个组瓣由一个按切削运动方向布置在前面的切削瓣和一个光整瓣(可变形)组成。切削瓣螺纹通常的铲磨量K_2可据机用丝锥机械制造标准选定。而光整瓣螺纹截面对称中心两侧都要铲磨。其铲磨量K_2取决于被加工螺纹的螺距,并且,在刃瓣宽度范围内,K_2在0.03至0.08mm范围内变动。此时,螺纹中径d_(2B)在光整瓣全长上大于切
The Soviet Union Institute of Technology guided petals tap (Certificate of Invention 288519), based on the development of the cutting flap and the whole flap (deformable) group arranged taps. With this type of tap, it is possible to stably obtain a normal length above the 5th grade (N group as prescribed by the Soviet Union national standard) and a screw hole of a longer length (L group), which can also eliminate the clogging of iron filings.
