安全培训工作是安全生产工作中一项极其重要的基础工作,自从今年国家安全生产监督管理总局以3号令的形式发布了《生产经营单位安全培训规定》以后,各地大力开展全方位的安全培训工作,经验值得总结,问题需要探讨。本期“特别关注”栏目以“安全培训”为策划重点,从监督、培训中介、企业三个侧面选编了在安全培训工作的一些经验、体会、见解和观点,期望给读者以启迪。这些经验和建议概括起来可以用一句话来表示:“安全培训,一个都不能少”。
