The turmoil in rural financial management is one of the deep-seated problems to be seriously studied and solved in the new stage of rural economy. It is a major issue that relates to the reform and development of the rural economy, the stability of rural society and the relations between the party and the masses and the relationship between cadres and the masses. There are many reasons for the chaotic status of rural financial management.
