竞争上岗是干部人事制度改革的重要内容,《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》明确规定,要把竞争上岗作为选拔任用党政领导干部的一个重要方式,这为竞争上岗工作向更高层次、更大范围延伸,明确了目标,指明了方向。近年来,我们在全面推行机关事业单位中层干部竞争上岗的基础上,进一步在县级领导干部选拔中实行了这一方式,先后成功地选拔了3名正县级,23名副县级领导干部,取得了较好效果。主要做法有以下几点: 一、加大公开力度。领导干部竞争上岗,影响大、涉及广、关注多,落实群众知情权尤为重要。我们坚持做到公开范围
