医疗纠纷的主要诱因是缺乏有效的医患沟通,儿科作为医疗纠纷的高发部门,提高儿科医生的医患沟通能力迫在眉睫。作者从儿科医患沟通的特点、主要形式和局限性谈论了我国儿科医患沟通的现状,并论述了信息化环境下提高儿科医生医患沟通能力的必要性和优势,最后提出了信息化环境下提高儿科医生医患沟通能力的建议。
The main cause of medical disputes is the lack of effective communication between doctors and patients. Pediatrics is a high incidence of medical disputes.
