钻孔桩基础施工简便、操作易掌握、设备投入一般不是很大,因而,无论在铁路、公路、水利水电等大型建设,还是在各类房屋及民用建筑中都得到了广泛应用。钻孔桩是在泥浆护壁条件下,利用机械钻进形成桩孔,采用导管法灌注水下混凝土的施工方法。钻孔、灌注混凝土都是在水下进行,工程质量只能通过科学的过程控制和完工后的仪器检测来确认。因而,对作业人员的操作熟练程度、工艺水平都有较高的要求。如何有效地避免钻孔过程中出现钻头掉落和灌注水下混凝土过程中发生断桩等现象,杜绝混凝土夹碴、不均匀的质量弊病,发生施工质量问题后如何恰如其分地处理以保证整个工程的质量是工程界一直在研究而又未能彻底解决的问题,因此要正确掌握钻孔灌注桩施工工艺。

How to effectively avoid the phenomenon of bit dropping and broken piles during the drilling process in the drilling process, eliminate the concrete clips, uneven quality defects, how to deal with the construction quality problems properly to ensure the entire project Quality is a problem that the engineering community has been researching and cannot solve completely. Therefore, it is necessary to correctly grasp the construction technology of bored piles.
