脑血管血液动力学(cerebralvascularhemodynamic,CVHD)检测是一种主要用于脑血管疾病诊断的无创伤性检测方法。其主要检测指标包括脑血管最大流速(Vmax)、最小流速(Vmin)、平均流速(Vmean)、平均血流量(Qmean)等运动学指标和外周阻力(RV)、特性阻抗(Zcv)、脉搏波波速(WV)、动态阻力(RV)、临界压(CP)、舒张压与临界压差值(DP)等动力学指标。CVHD检测指标能够从不同角度反映脑血管的功能的生理和病理状态,在脑血管疾病的病因研究、早期诊断、卒中高危人群筛检、预防和治疗效果观察以及预后研究中具有重要的应用价值。随着流体力学的研究进展和CVHD检测临床应用研究的深入,CVHD在脑血管病防治中发挥更为重要的作用。
Cerebral vascular hemodynamic (CVHD) testing is a noninvasive diagnostic method used primarily in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease. The main test indexes include the kinematic parameters such as Vmax, Vmin, Vmean and Qmean, RV, Zcv and pulse wave (WV), dynamic resistance (RV), critical pressure (CP), diastolic pressure and critical pressure difference (DP). CVHD detection index can reflect the physiological and pathological state of cerebrovascular function from different angles and has important application value in the etiology and early diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease, screening of high risk stroke population, observation of prevention and treatment effect and prognosis. With the development of hydrodynamics and the clinical application of CVHD, CVHD plays a more important role in the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease.
