本文提出采用自适应补偿和串级调节的陶瓷配料微机集中控制系统.它采用解耦和串级调节,使多输入多输出的陶瓷配料系统变为单输入单输出系统来处理.并采用自适应补偿,保证了连续配料精度高.现场运行结果表明,该系统可同时实现八种原料连续自动配料,各种原料的配料误差不超过0.5%,系统性能良好,效益显著.
In this paper, we propose a ceramic ingredient microcomputer control system with adaptive compensation and cascade adjustment. It uses decoupling and cascade adjustment, so that multi-input and multi-output ceramic batching system into a single-input single-output system to deal with. And the use of adaptive compensation to ensure the accuracy of continuous ingredients. Field operation results show that the system can simultaneously achieve eight kinds of raw materials for continuous automatic batching, the error of ingredients of various raw materials does not exceed 0.5%, the system performance is good, the benefit is significant.
