利用响应面法优化水酶法提取巴旦木油的工艺条件。在单因素试验基础上,选取液料比、加酶量和酶解时间为影响因子,以提油率为响应值,应用Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计建立各因素与提油率关系的响应面数学模型。结果表明:水酶法提取巴旦木油的最佳工艺条件为液料比5.3∶1、细胞多糖水解酶用量3.5%、酶解温度45℃和酶解时间4.5h,在此条件下巴旦木提油率为68.9%,与预测值相符。
Optimization of the process conditions for water extraction of denadanli oil by response surface methodology. Based on the single factor experiment, the ratio of liquid to material, enzyme dosage and enzymolysis time were selected as influential factors. The response rate of oil extraction rate was established by using the Box-Behnken central combination design with the oil extraction rate as the response factor mathematical model. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the extraction of Pamirudin by aqueous enzymatic hydrolysis were as follows: the ratio of liquid to liquid was 5.3: 1, the amount of polysaccharide hydrolyzed enzyme was 3.5%, the temperature for enzymolysis was 45 ℃ and the time for enzymolysis was 4.5h. Under this condition, Oil extraction rate of 68.9%, in line with the predicted value.
