我们在贯彻执行《传染病防治法》、《福建省预防接种管理条例》中积极推行有计划的预防接种及儿童预防接种证制度。多年的农村基层卫生防疫工作,在预防接种方面经历了担心、苦心、顺心的感觉过程。推行预防“接种点”的做法是农村开展卫生防疫,减少不安全接种因素,避免医源性感染,提高服务质量较为理想的途径,体会有以下几条:
In the implementation of the “Law of Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases” and “Regulations on the Management of Vaccinations in Fujian Province,” we actively promoted the systematic vaccination and vaccination certificate system for children. Years of rural grass-roots health and epidemic prevention work, in vaccination has experienced the fear, painstaking, heart-stop feeling process. The practice of preventing “vaccination sites” is the ideal way to carry out epidemic prevention in rural areas, reduce the factors of unsafe vaccination, avoid iatrogenic infection and improve the quality of service.
