创业教育已经成为推进我国高职院校发展的重要组成部分,大学生创业教育更是高职院校的一项重要工作,如何培养大学生创业素质,提高创业成功率尤为重要。采用调查问卷的方法对我校近年来随机抽取37位成功创业校友进行分析研究。通过研究发现诚实守信、责任意识、时间观念、挫折承受力和常怀感恩等创业品质;机会识别能力、人际交往能力、资源整合能力、组织管理能力、计划管理能力等创业能力;市场营销知识、企业管理知识、法律知识、公司运行知识、运动健康知识等创业知识是受试者认同率最高的创业素质,为高职学院开展大学生创业素质培养工作提供了理论参考。
Entrepreneurship education has become an important part of promoting the development of our higher vocational colleges.
