脑挫裂伤是临床常见的原发性闭合性脑损伤,如不进行及时处理,可能因病情恶化而危及患者生命。我院从2003年以来共收治脑挫裂伤患者67例,现总结如下。临床资料一般资料:脑挫裂伤患者67例,男性48例,女性19例;年龄8～79岁。致伤原因:车祸伤32例,跌落伤21例,压砸伤4例,被他人用硬器击伤6例,其他伤4例。并发症:颅骨骨折25例,颅内血肿36例。就诊时间:最短20 min,最长6 d。
Brain contusion is a common clinical primary closed brain injury, if not treated in time, may be exacerbated by the disease and endanger the lives of patients. Our hospital since 2003, a total of 67 cases of brain contusion and laceration, are summarized as follows. General information on clinical data: 67 cases of contusion and laceration of the brain, 48 males and 19 females; aged 8 to 79 years. Cause of injury: traffic accident in 32 cases, drop injury in 21 cases, 4 cases of crush injury, others were injured with a hard case in 6 cases, other injuries in 4 cases. Complications: 25 cases of skull fracture, intracranial hematoma in 36 cases. Treatment time: the shortest 20 min, up to 6 d.
