中等职业教育是就业教育,评价必须坚持“以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向”,按照企业用人标准实行“零对接”培养,不断增强学生的生存能力、就业能力和发展能力,促进学生积极、主动、和谐、可持续发展。就中等职业教育的特点来说,发展性评价才是尊重学生差异性和主体发展性的,能引导学生按照社会要求和自身发展需求,主动提高自身素质和综合职业能力,从而既满足社会对人才多样化的需求,又满足中等职业学校对教育多样化的需求。
