微血管塑料铸型技术是能真实而完整地反映组织微循环系统形态及结构的可靠方法。对于脏器血管系统病理生理改变的研究具有重要的应用价值。在本系列研究中,制作正常豚鼠下颌骨微血管构筑的塑料铸型标本以扫描电镜观察,为临床和实验研究提供可借鉴的方法学和解剖学资料。
Microvascular plastic mold technology is a reliable and complete method to reflect the shape and structure of tissue microcirculation system. The study of the pathophysiology of visceral vascular system has important application value. In this series of studies, the plastic cast specimens of normal guinea pig mandibular microvessels were made by scanning electron microscopy to provide methodological and anatomical data for clinical and experimental studies.
