本文就不同压痕深度倍数的试件厚度对硬度值的影响,作了部分材料的对比试验。国内外关于布氏、洛氏试验试件厚度的规定 1 布氏硬度试验西德、日本、苏联、美国规定的试样厚度都是≥10倍压痕深度。英国是不小于压痕深度的8倍。中国GB231-63规定试样厚度应不小于压痕深度的10倍。如有关技术条件另有规定时,则其厚度可为不小于压痕深度的8倍。
