1982年以来,我县103所中小学全部搞起了勤工俭学活动,办起工厂4个,农场8个,经营农、林、渔业基地1168亩,创收由1982年的8.22万元增加到1987年的22.33万元。五年累计收入98.43万元,在校学生人均6元,在全区名列前茅。勤工俭学收入有36.53万元用于改善办学条件;19.69万元用于师生福利;42.23万元用于扩大再生产。自治区教育厅在1987年召开的全区勤工俭学经验交流会上将我县“因地制宜,广开门路,发展勤工俭学事业”的做法予以推广。
Since 1982, 103 primary and secondary schools in our county have all done work-study and dropout activities. They have set up 4 factories and 8 farms, and have operated 1,168 mu of farm, forest and fishery bases. The income was increased from 82,200 yuan in 1982 to 1987. 22.33 million yuan. The five-year cumulative income of 948,300 yuan, 6 yuan per student, is among the best in the district. Work-study drop-out income was 635,300 yuan for improving the conditions for running schools; 196.9 thousand yuan was for teacher-student benefits; and 422,300 yuan was for expansion of reproduction. The Education Department of the autonomous region promoted the practice of “according to local conditions, widening the roads, and developing the work-study program” in the district’s work-study experience exchange conference held in 1987.
