广东省韶关市劳动局局长李振兴先后三次被市计委系统、市直属机关工委授予“优秀党务工作者”、“优秀共产党员”称号;1997年被广东省委、省政府、广东省劳动厅、韶关市授予“先进工作者”称号。韶关,地处粤北山区,是个经济欠发达地区。由于五六十年代华南重工业基地建设和六七十年代“小三线”建设,这里国有企业多,国企职工达43万人,分别占全市企业总户数和职工总人数近八成,1995年以来累计下岗职工11.3万人。
Li Zhenxing, director of Labor Bureau of Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province, has been awarded the title of “Outstanding Communist Party Member” and “Outstanding Communist Party Member” by the Municipal Planning Commission System and Municipal Industry Committee directly under the Municipal Government three times successively. In 1997, Guangdong Provincial Department of Labor, Shaoguan awarded “advanced worker ” title. Shaoguan, is located in northern mountainous areas, is an economically underdeveloped areas. Due to the construction of the heavy industry base in South China in the 1950s and 1960s and the construction of the “small three lines” in the 1960s and 1970s, there are more than 430,000 state-owned enterprises and workers in the state-owned enterprises, accounting for nearly 80% of the total number of enterprises and employees in the city respectively. Since then, there have been 113,000 laid-off workers.
