在公安实践工作中,民警使用手机作为一些证据固定的工具。本文以手印物证为拍摄客体,运用数码相机、文检仪、物证检验仪、扫描仪及四种不同品牌型号手机,进行拍摄比较,并运用华为P9手机拍摄四种材质客体上显现出的手印。手机拍摄效果略逊于数码相机等方法,但手机拍摄提取的手印完整、清晰、不变形、可以达到鉴定要求。运用手机拍摄手印物证,需要注意相关问题。发挥手机轻便灵活、操作简单、适用性强、经济实惠的特点,可以作为数码相机等拍摄方式的有益补充。
In the practice of public security, police use mobile phones as some evidence of fixed tools.
