安全生产始终是各企业乃至各项工作的重中之重,对陆浑灌区而言,工程建设于十年动乱时期,施工机械及工艺落后,工程质量存在先天不足,通水运行期间决口滑坡等现象时有发生,不仅给国家造成了一定的经济损失,而且影响灌区效益的正常发挥,甚至威胁渠道两侧居民的生命财产。笔者从陆浑灌区干渠工程运行的实际出发,对填方渠道事故发生的原因及渠道安全管理的诸多方面进行探讨。
