班主任难做,中职学校的班主任工作尤其难做。学生文化基础差,行为习惯不好,自律性不强,因此,班主任管理的难度要比普通中学大得多。中职学校班主任的心理问题也比一般学校多得多,所以认清自己的心理问题,找出原因,对于中职学校班主任来说是十分必要的。
