为了扩大食用菌培养材料的来源,作者于1984年6月20日,用油菜籽壳试栽草菇获得成功,现简介如下。(一)原料处理:取新鲜、无霉变、经曝晒1~2天的菜籽壳50公斤,用0.5%的石灰水浸泡8~12小时,沥干后再用清水冲洗至pH 7.5~8,含水量为65~80%,加多菌灵0.2%,石膏粉2%、过磷酸钙2%,混匀后做堆覆薄膜,利用阳光升温至50~60℃进行自然灭菌。
