The implementation of law-based security is a fundamental reform of the labor protection system. Five years have passed since I started the labor safety inspection in our province. In the past five years, although the number of workers in the province increased by 67.89%, the number of casualties in the province was lower than that of 1981 before labor safety supervision was carried out. In 1986, the death toll of staff and workers was 26.2% lower than that of 1981 and the number of serious injuries decreased by 40%. Compared with 1985, the number of deaths and serious injuries also decreased by 22.2%
