采用混合制冷剂作为HCFC制冷剂的替代物是一种具有良好节能潜力的替代方案,然而混合制冷剂热物性数据缺乏。在混合制冷刑R407C热力性质研究的基础上,用实验验证了应用R407C的空调器制冷系统模拟模型的可靠性。利用模拟结果,对R22的替代物R407C在空调器制冷系统中的性能进行了对比,并重点对R407C的替代应用进行了可行性分析,结果表明R407C是直接替代R22的合适工质,可不换压缩机,减少转产成本。
The use of mixed refrigerants as an alternative to HCFC refrigerants is an alternative with good energy savings potential, however, the lack of data on the thermophysical properties of mixed refrigerants. Based on the research of the thermodynamic properties of R407C, the reliability of the simulation model of air conditioner refrigeration system using R407C is verified by experiments. Using the simulation results, the performance of R407C, which is a substitute of R227C, in air conditioner refrigeration system was compared. The feasibility of alternative application of R407C was also analyzed. The results show that R407C is a suitable working fluid to replace R22 directly, Machine, reduce conversion costs.
