国家教委颁布的《幼儿园工作规程》明确指出语言能力的培养要从幼儿园开始。本文从双语教学的含义、必要性、优越性等方面,阐述了对幼儿实施双语教学的可行性,并指出双语教学是幼教发展的趋势。
National Board of Education promulgated the “kindergarten rules” clearly states that the training of language ability should start from kindergarten. This article elaborates the feasibility of bilingual education for young children from the aspects of meaning, necessity and superiority of bilingual education. It also points out that bilingual education is the trend of development of early childhood education.
