目的探究健康教育联合心理护理在胰腺增生患者中的应用效果及对心理波动的影响。方法以我院2014年6月~2016年4月期间收治的580例胰腺增生患者作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规的护理方法,观察组患者采用健康教育联合心理护理方法。对比分析两组患者临床应用效果以及心理状况改善情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率以及患者对护理工作的满意度均明显高于对照组,且观察组患者心理状况改善情况明显优于对照组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育联合心理护理能够有效地提高胰腺增生患者的治疗效果,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,且对改善患者心理状态方面有着积极的促进作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of combined health education and psychological nursing on patients with pancreatic hyperplasia and its influence on psychological fluctuation. Methods A total of 580 patients with pancreatic hyperplasia admitted from June 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method. The control group of patients using conventional care methods, observation group of patients with health education combined with psychological care. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical effects and psychological conditions to improve the situation. Results The total effective rate of patients in observation group and the satisfaction of patients in nursing work were significantly higher than those in control group. The improvement of psychological status in observation group was significantly better than that in control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of health education and psychological nursing can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with pancreatic hyperplasia, improve patient satisfaction with nursing work, and improve the psychological status of patients has a positive role in promoting.
