以本芹“实梗”与“空梗”类型的四个品种和西芹两个品种为试材,从形态解剖与BR(Brassinolide—油菜素内酯),GA_3(Gibberellin acid—赤霉酸)处理和生理指标测定,对营养生长期形态发育剖析与有关生理反应相结合的研究结果,论证提高栽培效益的生长量调节与增强贮运力的科学依据。
Four cultivars and two varieties of celery with “stalk” and “stalk” were used as experimental materials. The morphological and anatomical characteristics were compared with Brassinolide (BR), Gibberellin - gibberellic acid (GA) Treatment and physiological index determination, morphological development in vegetative growth phase and related physiological responses were combined to study the results to demonstrate the improvement of the cultivation efficiency of the growth regulation and enhance the scientific basis for storage capacity.
