本文针对本装置乙腈精制产品中杂质氢氰酸含量较高及干燥塔真空泵工作液实现循环使用等问题进行分析与探讨,总结了解决问题的措施,确保了装置安全、平稳运行。
In this paper, the high content of impurity hydrocyanic acid in the refined product of acetonitrile and the recycling of working fluid in the drying tower vacuum pump are analyzed and discussed. The measures to solve the problem are summarized and the safe and stable operation of the device is ensured.
