目的观察解毒抗瘤片为主治疗慢性白血病的临床疗效。方法选择慢性白血病患者46例(其中慢性粒细胞白血病28例,慢性淋巴细胞白血病18例),以解毒抗瘤片为主治疗,两个疗程(6个月)后观察患者临床症状、体征、外周血象、免疫功能等的变化情况。结果治疗后慢粒、慢淋患者脾脏明显缩小(P<0.05);慢粒患者外周血白细胞计数及分类中嗜碱粒细胞百分率、原始粒细胞、幼稚粒细胞百分率显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);慢淋患者外周血白细胞计数、淋巴细胞比例及绝对值亦显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);所有患者治疗前后血清免疫学指标均有显著改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiedu Kangtuo Tablets in the treatment of chronic leukemia. Methods A total of 46 chronic leukemia patients (including 28 chronic myelogenous leukemia patients and 18 chronic lymphocytic leukemia patients) were treated with Jiedu Kangtuo Tablets.
