目的探讨妊娠期高血压患者的C-反应蛋白(CRP)、内皮素(ET)-1和NO水平,并探讨三者之间的相关性。方法选择在我院妇产科进行治疗的62例妊娠期高血压(HDCP)患者(妊娠期高血压(GH)患者23例、轻度子痫(MP)患者18例、重度子痫(SP)患者21例),同时以同期在本院进行体检的50例健康妊娠期孕妇为正常对照组,采用放射免疫吸附法检测血清中的CRP和ET-1水平,采用硝酸还原酶法检测血清中的NO水平,并进行比较。结果 HDCP患者血清中的CRP及ET-1水平高于对照组患者,而NO水平低于对照组患者,二组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于不同类型的HDCP患者,其中SP患者的CRP及ET-1水平高于MP和GH患者,MP患者的CRP及ET-1水平高于GH患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),SP患者的NO水平低于MP和GH患者,MP患者的NO水平低于GH患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);HDCP患者血清中的CRP水平与ET-1水平呈现正相关(r=0.83,P<0.05),HDCP患者血清中的CRP水平与NO呈现负相关(r=-0.64,P<0.05)。结论 HDCP患者的CRP及ET-1含量升高,而NO含量降低,同时CRP与ET-1、NO水平具有一定的相关性,临床上可以通过检测上述指标来判断HDCP患者的疾病严重程度及预后效果。
Objective To investigate the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), endothelin (ET) -1 and NO in patients with gestational hypertension and to explore the correlation between them. Methods Totally 62 HDCP patients with gestational hypertension (GH), 23 with mild eclampsia (MP), 18 with severe eclampsia (SP) were enrolled in this study. (N = 21, n = 21). Conclusion HDCP patients with elevated levels of CRP and ET-1, NO content decreased, while CRP and ET-1, NO levels have a certain correlation between the clinical indicators can be detected by the above HDCP to determine the severity of the disease and prognosis effect.
