目的初步分析新疆芜菁水提物(BAE)对Lewis肿瘤的抑制作用。方法利用小鼠Lewis肿瘤移植模型,测定BAE对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率、脾脏指数、生命延长率,并通过体外淋巴细胞转化实验(MTT法)观察对小鼠免疫系统的影响。结果 BAE各组瘤质量与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),BAE各组脾脏指数与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),BAE各组生存时间与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),同时初步显示,BAE对小鼠体外淋巴细胞转化也有一定增强作用。结论新疆芜菁水提物(BAE)可以增加抑瘤率、脾脏指数、生命延长率,并初步说明其对小鼠体外淋巴细胞转化也有一定增强作用。
Objective To analyze the inhibitory effect of Xinjiang watermelon (BAE) on Lewis tumors. Methods The tumor-bearing rate, spleen index and lifespan extension rate of BAE in tumor-bearing mice were determined by using mouse Lewis tumor-bearing mice model. The effects of BAE on the immune system were observed by MTT assay. Results There was significant difference in tumor mass between BAE group and model group (P <0.01). There was significant difference between BAE group and model group (P <0.05) The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). At the same time, it showed that BAE could enhance the lymphocyte transformation in vitro. Conclusion Xinjiang botanic water extract (BAE) can increase tumor inhibition rate, spleen index and prolongation of life, and preliminarily indicate that BAE can also enhance lymphocyte transformation in vitro.
