一九五○年二月六日中央人民政府政务院颁发的印信条例,现在由于中华人民共和国宪法的公布和国家机构的变动,已不适用,应予废止。今后国家机关印章的制发和使用,依照下列的规定:一、国家机关印章为圆形。二、国家机关印章的尺度、样式和制发办法如下:(一)国印:直径七公分,中央刊国徽,国徽外刊「中华人民共和国」七字,自左而右环行;由国务院监制,报送中华人民共和国主席启用。
