德育课要适应国家和时代发展的要求,培养学生的职业精神,从而符合企业的用人需求,就需要首先在课堂教学的有效性上作深入的研究实践。我和同仁尝试从激发课堂学习动机入手,以“ARCS”的动机设计模型理论为指导,将德育教材的内容与学生的社会生活进行有机整合,在二年级德育课《哲学与人生》中开展课堂教学有效性的研究,达到提高德育教学有效性、实效性的目的。
