目的:优选北虫草中SOD(SOD)的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用单因素分析,以北虫草SOD的含量为指标,考察北虫草中SOD提取条件,以及考察pH值、料-液比、提取时间对提取率的影响,从而确定北虫草SOD的最佳提取工艺。结果:建立了北虫草SOD的最佳提取工艺为磷酸盐缓冲液pH值为7.8、料-液比为1∶40,超声提取时间为60 min。结论:优化的提取工艺稳定、合理、可行,能正确反映北虫草药材中的SOD含量,为北虫草生物活性物质的进一步研究提供了实验依据。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of SOD (SOD) in Cordyceps militaris. Methods: Univariate analysis was used to determine SOD content in Cordyceps militaris, and the effects of pH value, material-liquid ratio and extraction time on the extraction rate of SOD were determined by the content of SOD in Cordyceps militaris Extraction process. Results: The optimum extraction conditions for SOD of Cordyceps militaris were as follows: the pH value of phosphate buffer was 7.8, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:40 and the time of ultrasonic extraction was 60 min. CONCLUSION: The optimized extraction process is stable, reasonable and feasible, which can correctly reflect the content of SOD in Cordyceps militaris. It provides an experimental basis for the further study on the bioactive substance of Cordyceps militaris.
