提出了一种应用于煤矿井下低压配电系统的新型馈电开关智能保护器的设计方案,硬件采用32位微控制器ARMLPC2294处理器为核心控制器,软件上采用μC/OS-II嵌入式实时操作系统,不但具有短路、过载、漏电、欠压、过压等全面的综合保护功能,同时系统具有CAN总线、RS485总线双通讯接口,使智能保护器可以通过CAN总线和RS485总线实现数据的远程通讯功能。重点介绍了智能保护器的硬件电路设计和软件设计。
