目的:探究rh GM-CSF联合双黄液外用对大鼠深II°烫伤创面愈合的影响。方法:采用SD大鼠建立深II°烫伤模型,将200只大鼠随机分为4组,即A组覆盖凡士林纱布,B组覆盖双黄液纱布,C组涂抹rh GM-CSF,D组涂抹rh GM-CSF联合覆盖双黄液纱布。再对比伤后4组创面炎症反应,细菌培养与计数。结果:治疗后第7天4组均表现为显著血管化、上皮化,且炎症反应A组最为严重,B、D组最轻;第14d D组愈合率显著高于A、B、C组(P<0.05);第21天D组愈合率显著高于A、B、C组,B、C组显著高于A组,C、D组显著高于B组(P<0.05);伤后第7d A组细菌数量显著多于B、C组(P<0.05);第14天、第21天A、C二组显著多于B、D组(P<0.05)。结论:对于深II°烫伤创面采用外用rh GM-CSF联合双黄液治疗,可有效促进创面愈合,减轻炎性反应,控制生成细菌,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of topical application of rhGM-CSF combined with double-yellow liquor on deep II degree scald wound healing in rats. Methods: Deep scalding model was established in SD rats. 200 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: group A covered Vaseline gauze, group B covered double gauze gauze, group C applied rh GM-CSF, group D applied rh GM-CSF combined double yellow gauze. Four groups of wounds were then compared for inflammation, bacterial culture and counting. Results: On the 7th day after treatment, all the 4 groups showed significant vascularization and epithelialization with the most severe inflammatory reaction in group A and the lightest in group B and D; the healing rate in group D at the 14th day was significantly higher than that in group A, B and C P <0.05). The healing rate of group D on day 21 was significantly higher than that of group A, B and C (P <0.05) The number of bacteria in 7d group A was significantly higher than that in groups B and C (P <0.05). On the 14th and 21st days, the number of bacteria in groups A and C was significantly higher than that in groups B and D (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of deep II scald wound with rh GM-CSF and double-yellow liquid can effectively promote wound healing, reduce inflammatory reaction and control the formation of bacteria, which deserves clinical application.
