目的:探究阴道超声在妇科急腹症中的应用效果。方法:选取该院妇科急腹症病患106例,随机分为常规组及阴道组各53例。对常规组病患应用经腹超声检查方式,对阴道组病患应用阴道超声检查方式。对比观察两组病患的临床诊断符合率。结果:阴道组病患的诊断符合率明显比常规组病患好(P<0.05)。结论:对妇科急腹症病患应用阴道超声检查方式可获取较好效果,提升临床疾病诊断符合率。
Objective: To explore the effect of vaginal ultrasound in gynecological acute abdomen. Methods: A total of 106 patients with gynecologic acute abdomen were selected and randomly divided into routine group and vaginal group of 53 cases. The routine group of patients with transabdominal ultrasound examination, the vaginal group of patients with vaginal ultrasound examination. Compare the two groups of patients with clinical diagnosis of coincidence rate. Results: The diagnostic coincidence rate of patients in vaginal group was significantly higher than that of patients in conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Applying vaginal ultrasonography to patients with gynecologic acute abdomen can get better results and improve the coincidence rate of clinical diagnosis.
