本文通过对烟草行业自身发展态势及国际企业对国内市场冲击两大因素的分析,提出当下烟草企业人力资源管理所面临的机遇和挑战。文章在分析当前烟草企业人力资源现状的基础上,提出构建现代人力资源体系、加强人才培训、建立企业的人力资源长效管理体制,以人才建设促进企业的发展壮大。
This article analyzes the two major factors of the tobacco industry’s own development and the impact of international companies on the domestic market, and puts forward the opportunities and challenges facing the current human resources management of tobacco companies. Based on the analysis of the present situation of human resources in tobacco enterprises, the article proposes to build a modern human resources system, strengthen personnel training and establish a long-term management system of human resources for enterprises so as to promote the development and growth of enterprises.
