Factors that play a dominant role in immature source rock during the natural evolution of hydrocarbons are temperature and time. According to the principle of chemical kinetics, time and temperature can compensate each other. Therefore, it is possible that the reaction time may be shortened by increasing the reaction temperature by means of a simulation test, so as to realize the oil production process of organic matter in the formation under the indoor conditions.
