目的了解大同市公共场所集中空调卫生状况,为今后提高卫生监督水平提供依据。方法 2013年和2014年7~9月,抽取大同市市区27家公共场所正在运行的集中空调进行调查,共采样品87套。结果 2013~2014年合计抽检27家公共场所,有14家的集中空调各项指标合格,合格率为51.85%;合计抽检公共场所的集中空调样品87套,各项卫生指标全部合格的57套,合格率为65.52%。2013~2014年合计检测集中空调风管内表面积尘87份,积尘量合格率为85.06%,细菌总数合格率为70.11%,真菌总数合格率为100.00%;检测冷却水40份、冷凝水36份,嗜肺军团菌均未检出,合格率为100.00%。结论大同市公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生质量存在问题,应对公共场所集中空调进行动态监督监测,开展卫生学评价,加强日常卫生监督。
Objective To understand the health condition of centralized air conditioners in public places in Datong and provide basis for improving the level of health supervision in the future. Methods In 2013 and July-September 2014, a total of 87 air-conditioners were collected from 27 public places in Datong City. Results From 2013 to 2014, a total of 27 public places were selected for sampling and 14 indexes of all kinds of centralized air conditioners passed the qualification rate of 51.85%. A total of 87 centralized air-conditioners in public places were selected for sampling, all 57 hygiene indicators were qualified, Pass rate of 65.52%. From 2013 to 2014, 87 pieces of dust on the inner surface of the air-conditioning duct were concentrated, the passing rate of dust accumulation was 85.06%, the total passing rate of bacteria was 70.11% and the pass rate of total fungi was 100.00%; 40 parts of cooling water, Legionella pneumophila were not detected, the pass rate was 100.00%. Conclusion There is a problem in the hygiene quality of centralized air-conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Datong. Dynamic supervision and monitoring should be carried out on centralized air-conditioners in public places to carry out hygiene evaluation and strengthen daily health supervision.
