为了解正常人的胃粘膜表现,我们为48例无慢性上腹痛及其他明显疾病的正常人作了纤维胃镜检查,在胃镜检查的同时取胃粘膜活检及空腹胃液作游离酸测定,现将检查结果报告如下: 本组男26例,女22例,年龄21～60岁。检查情况: 一、胃镜及胃镜下胃粘膜活检:胃镜检查48例,其中诊断慢性浅表性胃炎者38例,慢性浅表并萎缩性胃炎2例,正常胃粘膜8例;胃粘膜活检46例,病理诊断慢性浅表性胃炎31例,慢性萎缩性胃炎1例,正常胃粘膜14例;胃镜及活检均诊断为慢性浅表性胃炎者29例,均正常者6例,二项诊断符合者共35例,诊断符合率76％。二、空腹胃液游离盐酸测定:48例中43例
