《陕西省民营科技企业条例》已于1996年4月25日经陕西省第八届人民代表大会常务委员会第十九次会议通过,现公布施行。
The “Regulations on Private Scientific and Technological Enterprises in Shaanxi Province” was passed at the 19th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eighth People’s Congress of Shaanxi Province on April 25, 1996 and is now promulgated and implemented.
