当前,中国的保障性住房建设任务艰巨,所需资金很大,仅依靠政府财政投入是不可能完成的。因此,保障房建设必须积极引导、拉动社会资金参与,才能顺利实现目标。
At present, China’s arduous task of supporting housing construction requires a lot of funds. It is impossible to rely solely on the government’s financial input. Therefore, the protection of housing construction must actively guide and stimulate social participation in order to successfully achieve the goal.
