产业园区作为区域经济现代化和国际化的关键载体,是促进区域经济增长的重要推动力,全国各地区纷纷基于本区域的特色和优势条件建立了地区产业园区。但是产业园区投资具有投资规模大、投资期长和低收益等特点,融资问题逐渐成为我国产业园区开发建设和发展的最大瓶颈。本文从不同开发周期的产业园区项目融资特点出发,对产业园区项目的融资策略选择进行了分析研究。
As a key carrier of regional economic modernization and internationalization, Industrial Park is an important driving force for promoting regional economic growth. All regions of the country have set up regional industrial parks based on the characteristics and advantages of the region. However, the investment in industrial parks has the characteristics of large-scale investment, long investment period and low income. The financing problem has gradually become the biggest bottleneck in the development, construction and development of China’s industrial parks. Based on the characteristics of project financing in industrial parks with different development cycles, this paper analyzes the financing strategies of industrial park projects.
