按照省水利厅的安排部署，2004年10月10～16日，由省水利厅农水处、石家庄市水利局农水处、唐山市水务局农水处分别派员组成调研组，对邯郸、邢台两市的节水灌溉工程进行了专题调研。这次调研对两市节水灌溉工程的现状、群众认识程度、工程使用管理情况及存在的问题进行了深入调查，对我省今后节水灌溉可持续发展提出了建设性意见和建议。
In accordance with the arrangements of the Provincial Department of Water Resources, from October 10 to October 16, 2004, the research team was formed by the Department of Water Resources of the Provincial Department of Water Resources, the Department of Water Affairs of Shijiazhuang Municipal Bureau of Water Resources, and the Department of Water Resources of Tangshan Municipal Water Resources Bureau. Xingtai City, two water-saving irrigation project conducted a special survey. The survey conducted in-depth investigation of the status quo of water-saving irrigation projects in the two cities, awareness of the masses, management of project use and existing problems, and put forward constructive suggestions and suggestions on the sustainable development of water-saving irrigation in our province in the future.
