美国拔伯葛公司的核设备部于去年在为美国政府生产的大型压力容器组件上使用了程控自动电弧焊,并显示了它的优越性。第一个机器人进行蒸汽发生器管板堆焊就节约了50%的时间,亦提高了产品质量。这些圆形碳钢管板为直径2667毫米、厚762毫米、重27吨。管板每侧须以四道堆焊成12.7毫米厚的因科镍堆焊层,堆焊工作由高级机器人公司(Advanced RoboticsCorporation)制造的一台西罗(Cyro)2000型焊接机器人承担,见图1。
The U.S. Department of Nuclear Equipment at Perbacher AG used programmed arc welding on large pressure vessel components manufactured by the U.S. government last year and demonstrated its superiority. The first robot to steam tube plate overlay welding saves 50% of the time, but also improve product quality. These round carbon steel tube plates are 2667 mm in diameter, 762 mm in thickness and weigh 27 tons. A 4,7-in. Inconel overlay shall be deposited on each side of the tube sheet and a surfacing job shall be borne by a Cyro 2000 welding robot manufactured by Advanced Robotics Corporation, see figure 1.
