老月份牌广告画,又称月份牌年画、月份牌画,是我国传统年画的一个分支。1910年以后木版年画逐渐走向了衰落,特别是近代国外印刷术和西洋绘画的传入,以及商业发展的需要,首先出现在上海的国画工笔重彩与西洋擦炭水彩相结合的月份牌年画,与天津的石印年画风行一时,形成了木版画、铜版画、石印版画共同存在的格局。
