先天性冠状动脉瘘是一种少见的先天性心血管畸形,近年来随着二维超声心动图诊断技术及心血管造影术的发展,对该症的诊断水平逐步提高。我们于1979年6月～1987年9月经心导管及逆行主动脉造影诊断4例(3例经手术证实),占同期先天性心脏病住院患儿的0.4％。现报道如下:
Congenital coronary fistula is a rare congenital cardiovascular malformations, in recent years with the development of two-dimensional echocardiography and cardiovascular angiography, the level of diagnosis of the disease gradually increased. Four patients (3 surgically diagnosed) with cardiac catheterization and retrograde aortography were diagnosed in our hospital from June 1979 to September 1987, accounting for 0.4% of hospitalized children with congenital heart disease during the same period.
