为设计出符合用户需求的产品,提高设计的效率并缩短开发周期,提出一种应用案例知识进行产品创新设计的方法。以产品创新设计的特征为基础,沿用案例推理(CBR)理论中用案例知识解决新问题的思路,结合功能分解和功能本体理论建立了以功能为导向的案例知识表达方法,依据用户需求对案例进行功能的相似性检索和匹配获取相似度高的案例,再通过对案例功能组合、变异与修改,完成产品概念设计和后续的详细设计。依据客户需求目标,应用自行车案例知识为基础,对移动售卖车进行了方案设计,验证了方法的可行性和实用性。
In order to design products that meet the needs of users, improve the design efficiency and shorten the development cycle, a method of product innovation design based on case knowledge is proposed. Based on the characteristics of product innovation design, this paper follows the train of thought of case-based reasoning (CBR) to solve new problems, and combines functional decomposition and functional ontology theory to establish a function-oriented case knowledge representation method. Based on the user requirements, Similarity retrieval and matching of functions to obtain high similarity cases, and then through the case of functional combinations, variations and modifications to complete the product conceptual design and follow-up detailed design. According to the target of customer demand and the application of bicycle case knowledge, the scheme of mobile sales vehicle was designed and the feasibility and practicability of the method were verified.
