Steel construction in major cities in the country can be seen everywhere, beautiful, full of futuristic geometric shape with the glass curtain wall, has become a beautiful city landscape. But steel houses are still new to Chinese who get used to reinforced concrete houses. However, this kind of residence has a history of over one hundred years in foreign countries and has formed a mature system. Earlier, the rise of steel residential buildings in the United States in the last century, the background is due to excessive deforestation, destruction of forest resources, leading to the deterioration of the global environment. The call for the protection of forests throughout the world has been developed jointly by 13 U.S. companies and quickly spread to the United States. Then, in the 1950s and 1960s, it developed to developed countries such as Europe and Japan. In China, the introduction of low-rise residential buildings with light steel structure in Japan, Australia and Canada in the 1980s; the modernization of housing industry in the 1990s brought about the start-up of the construction of steel-framed residences with the promotion of steel structure construction; after 2000, More demonstration projects and industrial promotion policies promulgated, people began to understand the steel structure
