本文报道了不同水质对中药成分的影响。认为自来水煎药,尤其是水质硬度较大,水中含钙量大于13.5ppm时,能与药材中某些成分起化学反应,产生沉淀,影响产品质量。同时,因大量浓缩,水中固体物析出,形成水垢沉积于容器壁上,降低了传热效果。因此,作者建议拟将自来水处理后作为中药提取用水。
This article reports the effect of different water quality on Chinese herbal ingredients. It is believed that the tap water decoction, especially the water hardness is greater, the calcium content in the water is greater than 13.5ppm, it can react chemically with certain ingredients in the medicinal material, produce precipitation, and affect product quality. At the same time, due to a large amount of condensation, solids in the water precipitate and form scale deposits on the walls of the container, which reduces the heat transfer effect. Therefore, the author proposes to use tap water as a traditional Chinese medicine for water extraction.
